The Cellar:

  is reserved for music that takes the side door instead of entering through the obvious one.

  Featuring experimental electronic artists, instrumental composers, ambient producers, cinematic sound designers, modular synth musicians, unconventional beatmakers, electroacoustic projects, progressive arrangements, and tracks built around texture, atmosphere, or unusual structure.

 This is not a category for treating artists as oddities. It is a space for thoughtful work that may not fit neatly into mainstream radio formatting. 

 The Cellar gives uncommon ideas room to breathe without requiring them to explain or simplify themselves.
